To Each His Own

Here is a picture of my two boys, being boys, being brothers, playing on the floor together. Joey was picking up blocks and showing them to Baby Nick asking, "Eewwzat? Thas blue! Thas right, B Nick!" It was so cute. I can't wait until Baby Nick is at an age where he can actually play along. It will be fun to watch.
Some things about the two boys are the same, and some are very different. For example, something that was so precious about Joey when he was a baby was how he hummed when he was going to sleep. Every time he was rocked to sleep, he would hum, from the time he was three months old until he was a year old. Baby Nick has started to hum every once in awhile, although his is half hum, half moan.

Something that is different is the odd things they do. Joey used to make this weird sound, kind of in the back of his throat. No one could imitate it, and it can't even really be described, at least not in words that I know.

Baby Nick however, is a spitter. It is so funny to watch. Hopefully, I can get the web cam working and make a video of it with sound so you can see it. He was doing it all morning in church and I couldn't stop laughing. It's a good thing that I was sitting alone, or I may have disturbed the person next to me. Below is a picture of him spitting. The picture is funny enough, but wait until you can hear him do it "in person." What a goof!
