For Mom's Medical Advice

These pictures are for my Mom to see where my poor, abused son got hurt. Let me tell you, it is extremely difficult to get a profile picture of a 'ham'. Every time I tried to get a picture, he would turn towards the camera to offer the kind of smile he refuses to give when we are actually paying for professional pictures to be done! He's too cute, so I can't get mad.
But you can see that on the right side, on the top, is where he got hit with...something. I'm not even sure what with. My back was turned for a second to close the gate, and all of a sudden, Baby Nick was on the floor with a huge goose egg. After torturing the poor kid with ten minutes of ice, the swelling had gone down and a nice bruise was forming.

Here is a fairly good picture of the placement. It is closer to the temple area than I told Mom. It is higher than what I consider the "temple", but I'm not medically knowledgeable. He seems to be doing much better than after it happened. He woke up by himself from his nap, and was happy to be awake....so he should be out of danger. I am a little more leery of him bumping into things now. I would hate for him to get a goose egg on top of the one he already has.

Mom, I will call you tomorrow to let you know how he is doing. But for right now he seems to be doing just fine.
