Bunk Beds

The boys were so excited to get their bunk beds back.  We didn't get them set up on Sunday, but they had their mattresses on the floor and didn't have to sleep on the ground for the first time in three months.  On Monday, before picking Nick up from work, I worked on building the bunk beds as a surprise for Nick.  I got the bottom bunk done and the top bunk three-quarters of the way done before I needed to leave to get Nick.  He was pleased he had so little to do, as it would have taken past bedtime to finish had he had to start from the beginning after dinner.

The boys did well in their beds, but still ended up in our room at sometime during the night.  During nap today, I peeked in on the boys and found Nick asleep on the floor.  It cracked me up.  Then at bedtime tonight, I peeked in on them again (it didn't seem possible to me that they would be so quiet so quickly) and found them all asleep, Nick on the floor again!
