Accomplishment

Christmas cards are in the mail!! Nearly 40 cards, stuffed with pictures of the family, are sitting in the mailbox waiting to be picked up and sent out to everybody. Now I only have a thousand more things to do to get ready for Christmas. Can it be only twenty days away?

Nothing warms my heart more than watching my boys together. Joey just climbed up in the chair with Baby Nick and said, "Hi B-Nick" and gave him a kiss on the head. When B-Nick is crying, Joey will come up to him and say, "It's okay, shhh. I'm here." Of course, there are other times when he'll say, "Come awwwn, that's nuff!" (I guess he listens a little to closely to Mommy, unless I'm trying to get him to obey me!)

Yesterday, Joey came up to me and said, "I'm a pirate! Ha ha ha!" in a very growly voice. He is getting so imaginative. He's been a pirate, a monster, a dragon, and any time he wears a stocking cap with a puff ball on top, he's Santa!

Baby Nick still loves chomping on his fist, or as many fingers as he can cram in his mouth. He loves to be sitting up looking at the world, he doesn't like to be held in a reclining position. He is definitely interested in what's going on around him.

The housework is calling my name...better get to it.
